Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 2 to 4 weeks ahead, especially for weekends and December or school holidays. Weekday slots have more availability.

What time slots are available?

Morning 10:30am to 1:30pm, or afternoon 3:00pm to 6:00pm. Both slots include 3 full hours of celebration time.

How does the booking process work?

Once you choose your package, we'll send you a booking invoice. Pay your deposit to secure your date, with the balance due before your party. The deposit is a non-refundable booking fee.

What's included in the base package price?

Your reserved party space, 3 hours of celebration time, unlimited playground access for all kids, table setup, a personalised name banner, and complimentary balloon decorations. For the Castle package, the base price covers the venue and guests are charged per head (RM 50 per child, RM 10 per adult); the Kingdom package is one flat price for exclusive use of the whole venue with no per-head charges. Food and premium balloon upgrades are optional add-ons.

Is there parking available?

Yes, Hartamas Shopping Centre has ample parking directly below the mall. Your guests can park and take the elevator straight up to us.

Can I bring my own cake and decorations?

Yes, guests who have booked a party package can self-cater at no extra charge. We provide all plates, cups, cutlery, and table setup. Just bring your food and we'll handle the logistics. Outside food is only permitted for booked party guests, not walk-in visitors.

Do adults pay to enter the playground?

Adults don't pay any playground entry fee, they can play with toddlers or relax in our café free. For Castle parties, adult guests are counted at RM 10 each to cover catering and setup; the Kingdom package is one flat price with no per-guest charges.

Can I just bring a cake or decorations without booking a party package?

No, outside food, cakes and decorations are only permitted for guests who have booked a party package. If you'd like to celebrate without a full package, you're welcome to visit during regular hours and purchase from our café. This helps us maintain a great experience for all our party hosts and walk-in guests.

Can I reschedule or cancel?

Yes. With 10 days notice, we'll happily help you find a new date.
