Is there parking available?
Yes, Hartamas Shopping Centre has ample parking directly below the mall. Your guests can park and take the elevator straight up to us.
Do adults pay to enter the playground?
Adults don't pay any playground entry fee, they can play with toddlers or relax in our café free. For party packages, adult guests are counted at RM 10 each to cover catering and setup.
Can I just bring a cake or decorations without booking a party package?
No, outside food, cakes and decorations are only permitted for guests who have booked a party package. If you'd like to celebrate without a full package, you're welcome to visit during regular hours and purchase from our café. This helps us maintain a great experience for all our party hosts and walk-in guests.
